WAIST SNATCHED NOVEMBER

Its that time of the year again.

The holidays are fast approaching.

The sweaters will come back from our closets to hide the fat and muffin tops

Lets be healthy at least before thanksgiving so here is the plan.

 

  1. DRINK A GALLON OF WATER EVERYDAY OR ABOUT 8 BOTTLES OF WATER
  2. TAKE SODA OFF YOUR DIET AND ALSO ALCOHOL WHICH HAS A HIGH NUMBER OF CALORIES
  3.  ABSOLUTELY NO BREAD, RICE OR PASTA
  4. NO FAST FOOD
  5. AVOID FRIED FOODS

How long can you do this for and notice a difference?

Do it of a minimum of seven days and notice a difference, no bloated belly, clearer skin as a result of water intake. I want to do this for the whole month of November and have Thanksgiving week as cheat week. How long can you do this for? Lets go!!!
